Spacious rooms with great potential.

The staff at this hotel were utterly incompetent. From check-in to dining, the service was terrible. The rooms weren't up to standard. They were unclean and felt neglected. It's frustrating to have to ask repeatedly for basic amenities, and even then, they were delivered late or incomplete.

the room was extremely spacious and the bed there was exceptionally comfortable. it was in a particularly good location close to lemon tree, amritsar and the fort and hindu temple.

The location good and best possible perfect to visit everything. Next to the Railway Station, close to the golden temple, and the golden temple and other main attractions.

Unboxing my experience

What a letdown! We arrived to find water issues and a lengthy wait for our meal. The air conditioning struggled and the bathroom had leaks. To top it off, the gym was out of order, and there were concerns regarding charges at checkout. Disappointing across the board.

Good sized and airy unit with a convenient decor. What an attentive stuff! The pool area is amazing too. The check out is late. Close to many attractions due to excellant access to a railway station.

Insufficient staff!

The room was spacious and the bed there was exceptionally comfortable. It had clean facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. The location turned out to be favourable, next to the Railway Station, and the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh.

Room for Improvement

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The rooms were decent.

We faced significant issues with the WiFi, which did not work at all . There were misunderstandings regarding our breakfast inclusion that took quite some time to resolve.

The atmosphere was inviting, and I loved the refreshing welcome drink upon arrival! The staff was attentive. Plus, the location was so convenient, just a stone's throw from everything you'd want to see!

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short drive from the Golden Temple and local malls. The business center was well-equipped, allowing me to efficiently prepare for my meetings. The staff were attentive and helpful .

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing, with unclean rooms and inadequate service.

The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Chandan, one of the staff members, were great too. The location is perfect, just a short distance from all major sightseeing spots.

We visited the Golden Temple and explored some local markets. The staff was friendly, and the meals were tasty. The location couldn't be better for sightseeing. Just a heads up though, the pool was closed .

One downside was that our bathroom wasn't very clean, and we had a hard time getting extra towels.

This place is just an appropriate option for a whistle-stop in Amritsar with good price-quality ratio. My bed was super comfortable, a nice surprise after a long day of sightseeing.

Great Stay, Convenient for Families!

The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were accommodating, especially when we requested early check-in for our baby. Dining options were good, offering a fantastic variety. Pro tip, don't hesitate to ask for extra supplies right away!

Enjoyed the place, great for a stopover, attentive staff, will definitely return.
